It was difficult to find documents on observations from faculty and supivisors on my teaching, professional development, or service. With the spilting  of the School of Development Education my letters of progress, etc. are nowhere to be found.  I can tell you they were all above average.  I was told I exceeded expectations year and year.

 

There was never a time where I was given a caution or any sign of concern. I always scored in what would be classified as "exceptional performance".  There was never a hesitation to discuss my commitment to students, my service, and my desire to continue keeping up-to-date in all avenues of my position.

 

I have and will continue to commit to students  to provide them the best experience possible to supply them  with the opportunity to become educated citizens.  I will continue to provide teaching, opportunities, and experiences to foster their creative and critical thinking.

 

I have and will always be ready with a well-thought-out lesson plan incorporating the newest data, knowledge, and pedegogy possible.
